All about Wonder Box
Wonder Box is a box of fun delivered to you once a month. Each box has a different theme and contains 2 STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) toys related to the theme. The box is for kids aged 4-12, but anyone can enjoy Wonder Box.
Wonder Box
One month subscription: $65/month (Delivered monthly or once every 3 months)
Three month subscription: $63/month - $189 billed upfront (Delivered monthly)
Six month subscription: $60/month - $360 billed upfront (Delivered monthly)
Wonder Box Mini
One month subscription: $45/month (Delivered monthly)
Three month subscription: $43/month - $129 billed upfront (Delivered monthly)
Six month subscription: $40/month - $240 billed upfront (Delivered monthly)
All our subscriptions renew automatically, so you never have to worry about when or where your next box of toys will come from.
One time boxes
Prices for one time boxes depend on the box you're interested in! You can find the price for each box on our store page.
Yes, of course you can! The ages are between 4 and 12 because we feel those are the kids that would enjoy their boxes the most, but we also think people of all ages can enjoy Wonder Box. You can also take a look at the Peek Inside page to check out the toys we have sent in the past.
We do recommend you always follow the manufacturer's guidelines to stay safe.
Shipping is included for all subscriptions. There is a small fee on one-time purchases.
My Wonder Box order
You can subscribe to Wonder Box online on our website and you’ll be billed immediately for your first box. You will have the option to choose to receive a Wonder Box once a month or once every 3 months.
If you subscribe after the fifth of the month, you’ll have to wait until the next month to get your box. We know it’s a long time, but we do it this way to make sure everyone gets their boxes on time.
Delivered once a month
You will get a box every month! You will be billed as follows:
Payments once a month: First of every month.
Payments every 3 months: The same date as you paid for the box, every three months.
Payments every 6 months: The same date as you paid for the box, every six months.
Delivered once every three months
You will get a box once every three months! You’ll get the next box after you subscribe and a box every three months after that. Billing is on the same date as you paid for the box, every three months.
Yes you can! Right now, you can select the age category and how frequently you want to receive a box. We will have more options in the future.
We’d be really sad to see you go, but we’ll still be here if you decide to come back.
You can cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Unfortunately, we can not issue refunds once your subscription has renewed.
Delivered monthly
One month subscription: You can’t cancel the first box after you have paid, but you can cancel any subsequent boxes before the 1st of the month.
3 month and 6 month subscriptions: You can not cancel midway through the plan but you can stop the renewal anytime before your next billing date. This is the same date three or six months from when you paid for the box.
Delivered every three months
You can’t cancel the first box after you have paid, but you can cancel any subsequent boxes before your next billing date. This is the same date three months from when you paid for the box.
Subscription Boxes
We ship your Wonder Box around the 15th of each month, it’s a super exciting day for us too! Shipping can take up to 4-5 business days and you can track your Wonder Box using the tracking code in the email we send you.
If you haven’t received an email with your tracking code by the 20th of the month, let us know by emailing us at contact@thewonderbox.ca and we’ll take a look at what’s going on.
One time boxes
One time boxes ship in 1-2 business days. This way they get to you as soon as possible!
If you order a brand new product, it might take some time before it ships. Don't worry though, our store page will let you know exactly when we plan on sending it to you.
Uh oh! But don’t worry just yet, here is what may be happening:
COVID-19 related delays. Some of our boxes are arriving late because our shipping partners are experiencing delays. We're doing out best to stay safe, and get your box to you as soon as possible! Keep an eye on the tracking information and send us an email at contact@thewonderbox.ca if you have any questions.
For all other issues, make sure you have checked the tracking information to see what it says.
There’s no information. Did we just send you the tracking email? You might have to wait a few days while our shipping partners update the information. You’ll see the information soon, we promise!
The status isn’t updating. It might have not been scanned at the current location, this happens when packages ship sometimes. If the status still doesn’t change for 4-5 days, let us know at contact@thewonderbox.ca and we’ll take a look.
It says delivered. Sometimes the status shows up as delivered a day or so before it actually arrives. It’s happened to us as well and we wish we knew why just as much as you do. If your Wonder Box still isn’t there in 2 days, send us an email at contact@thewonderbox.ca and we’ll take a look.
It says returned to sender. Oops! Double check your shipping address to make sure it’s correct and send us an email at contact@thewonderbox.ca so we can send another box your way.
Coupons and promotions
Score! You lucky saver, you! You can enter your coupon code during the checkout process on the payment information page. You will see the coupon code option on the left side of the page.
We’re sorry, but we can’t accept multiple promotions.
We’re excited you want to share the fun of Wonder Box with your friends.
If you want to refer a friend: After you login to your account, you can access your unique referral link. Once you share your link and your friend signs up, you will be given a $10 credit. You can use this credit when you renew your subscription.
If your friend sent you a link: Use your friends link to sign up for Wonder Box. Your discount should be applied automatically at checkout.
